This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you," "user") and SafeWheels Rentals SWFL, LLC ("we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the SafeWheels Rentals SWFL website, online tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes of inquiring about and booking vehicle rentals. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.
You agree not to:
Vehicle rentals are offered exclusively through Turo. Reservations, payments, identity verification, and rentals are governed by Turo's own Terms of Service and policies, and by our Rental Agreement and Cancellation Policy. The Service may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (such as Turo, payment processors, accounting software, and verification providers); your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.
The Service, including all text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to SafeWheels Rentals SWFL, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. The SafeWheels name and logo are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeWheels Rentals SWFL, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement or for any other reason. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you under this Agreement will end.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
