Guest Incident Procedure — SafeWheels Rentals SWFL

🚨 If anyone is injured, call 911 immediately. Your safety always comes first.

1. Safety & initial response

Pull over to a secure, well-lit location as soon as it's safe.
Turn on your hazard lights.
Call emergency services if there are any injuries.

2. Police interaction (traffic stop)

Remain calm and be ready to provide:

Your driver's license.
Vehicle registration (in the glove compartment).
Proof of insurance card (in the glove compartment).

Note the officer's name and badge number for your records.

3. Accident documentation

Contact 911 if required.
Exchange details with any other parties involved.
Photograph vehicle damage, VINs, and odometer readings.
Capture a screenshot or photo of your booking confirmation and your Canopy Connect verification page.

4. Incident reporting

Contact SafeWheels as soon as possible via our 24/7 hotline: +1 (657) 432-1456 or email safewheelsrentals@gmail.com. Include your reservation number and all incident documentation.

Prompt notification and thorough documentation help us resolve any claim fairly and quickly.
