Our vehicles are available exclusively through Turo — rentals are governed by Turo's Terms of Service.

SafeWheels Rentals SWFL vehicles are rented exclusively through Turo. When you book, your rental is governed by Turo's Terms of Service, Turo's Cancellation Policy, and the protection plan you select at checkout — together with the host guidelines below. Where anything here differs from Turo's policies, Turo's policies control.

Booking & payment

All reservations, payments, taxes, and any security holds are processed by Turo through the Turo app or website. We do not take payments or deposits directly.

Protection & insurance

Coverage is provided through the Turo protection plan you choose at checkout. Review the available plans, coverage limits, and deductibles on Turo before you book.

Driver eligibility

You must be an approved Turo guest who meets Turo's age and eligibility requirements. Only drivers approved and added through Turo may operate the vehicle.

Pickup, delivery & service area

Distance & fuel

Each vehicle's Turo listing shows the included daily distance limit and any excess-mileage fee. Return the vehicle with the same fuel or charge level as at pickup. Exact limits and any related fees are set on the Turo listing and billed through Turo.

Vehicle use & care

Tolls, citations & incidents

You are responsible for tolls, parking, and traffic citations during your trip, and for any damage, handled per Turo's policies. In the event of a traffic stop or accident, follow our Guest Incident Procedure and report the incident through Turo right away. Our 24/7 line is (657) 432-1456.
